Residents will experience a water outage, possible low water pressure, and discolored water from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Wednesday, March 13, 2019, while we begin to transfer some of the new waterlines online. This outage will affect all homes in Radium Springs.
Annual Membership Meeting Reminder

The Board of Directors would like to remind our membership of the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Dona Ana Elementary School. The meeting will include reports on any current issues regarding the Association, an updated financial report, and various reports on operations, projects, and new infrastructure. Our Association is only as strong as each individual member and we strongly encourage personal participation. We ask the public to please attend in order to hear about our upcoming activities, as well as provide further opportunity for us to address any questions or concerns. We hope that everyone can join us to learn more about your water Association.

Reminder - 08/06/2018 Water Outage Picacho Hills
8/6/2018
Residents will experience a water outage, possible low water pressure, and discolored water from 8 p.m. Monday, August 6, 2018 to 5:00 am Tuesday, August 7, 2018, while our contractor will begin transferring existing water lines to the new water line as part of the Via Norte Project. All of Picacho Hills will be affected by this outage except for Coronada Ridge and Picacho Mountain Subdivision.
Annual Meeting Reminder
3/28/2018
The annual meeting that was scheduled for Wednesday January 31, 2018 was recessed for a lack of quorum and rescheduled for Wednesday March 28, 2018. The meeting will be held again at Dona Ana Elementary School. The meeting will include reports on any current issues regarding the Association, an updated financial report, and various reports on operations, projects, and new infrastructure. We are also in the process of redrafting the By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation after extensive overview and proposed changes from public input. A proposed final draft will be presented at the Annual Meeting. Our Association is only as strong as each individual member and we strongly encourage personal participation. We ask the public to please attend in order to hear about our upcoming activities, as well as provide further opportunity for us to address any questions or concerns. We hope that everyone can join us to learn more about your water Association.
