Residents will experience a water outage, possible low water pressure, and discolored water Saturday September, 14, 2025 due to power outages in the area. This outage will affect homes in the Picacho Hills area.

Affected residents may notice discolored water due to iron and manganese. Although the water is safe to drink, Association staff recommend waiting for water lines to clear before washing laundry.

The discoloration should disappear within 24-hours. If it does not, residents should flush outside faucets or cold-water faucets for five minutes. If the discoloration remains, call the Association at (575)526-3491 for assistance.
