Dona Ana Water is aware of the fluctuating water pressure in Picacho Hills. Residents in the Constitution area will experience possible fluctuation in water pressure and discolored water Monday, January 26, 2026 until 1pm. Dona Ana Water recommends waiting for water lines to clear before washing laundry. Discoloration should disappear within 24-hours. If it does not, residents should flush outside faucets for five minutes. If discoloration remains call the Association at 575-526-3491 for assistance.
