Payment Options

The Dona Ana Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

If you have not registered with the payment site, you will need to first register your account. To register your account, you will need your account number, select your most recent invoice then create a username and password. Once you have registered your account you will need to sign in with the username and password you created. Please note that all debit/credit card payments have a 3.25% serivce fee.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Draft

If you have not registered with the payment site, you will need to first register your account. To register your account, you will need your account number, select your most recent invoice then create a username and password. Once you have registered your account you will need to sign in with the username and password you created. You will then select the option for AutoPay and follow the prompts. After entering payment information, you will want to confirm autopayment is set up by checking that there is a green check mark next to AutoPay. Please note that ACH/EFT payments have a $1.80 service fee and credit/debit card payments have a 3.25% service fee.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay.

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
