RE: Annual Meeting
The Board of Directors have approved the Postponement of the Annual Meeting due to our current pandemic, to avoid any violations of the current health orders and restrictions placed by the Governor. The Annual Meeting will be rescheduled once the restrictions have been lifted or the current conditions of the pandemic change to allow for gatherings to take place.
