Welcome to the Dona Ana Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association!
Dona Ana Mutual would like to ease the transition of transferring water and wastewater utility services by providing you with a list of required items needed to establish service within our Association. Please keep in mind the Association requires all unpaid balance to be paid in full prior to restoring service for the new owner/tenant.
Residential Property Owners:
- Completed Application
- Completed Users Agreement
- ALTA Settlement Agreement with Signatures or a Warranty Deed
- Plat Survey
- Drivers License
- One Time Membership Fee of $75.00 (if this is your only property in the Association)
- One Time Application Fee of $25.00
- Account Service Activation Fee of $35.00
Residential Tenants:
- Completed Application
- Rental Agreement/Lease Agreement
- Drivers License
- Refundable Deposit of $100.00
- One Time Application Fee of $25.00
- Account Service Activation Fee of $35.00
*All fees are subject to gross receipt tax.
