04/23/2019 - Scheduled Water Outage for Radium Springs

April 23, 2019

Residents will experience a water outage, possible low water pressure, and discolored water from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Tuesday, April 23, 2019, while we begin to transfer some of the new waterlines online. This outage will affect all homes in Radium Springs.

Affected residents may notice discolored water due to iron and manganese. Although the water is safe to drink, Association staff recommend waiting for water lines to clear before washing laundry.

The discoloration should disappear within 24-hours. If it does not, residents should flush outside faucets or cold-water faucets for five minutes. If the discoloration remains, call the Association at (575)526-3491 for assistance.
