We know you are excited to begin your new development or subdivision. We have designed this page to help you through the process. Below you will find our requirements along with forms and information that you will need to get started.

Dona Ana MDWCA is small organization compared to place such as cities and counties. We have limited staff and they preform multiple task for our organization. All plans are reviewed by a licensed engineer and written comments will be provided for each plan set that is turned into the Association. We will strive to respond to your plan set within 45 days. However, please be aware that there are times when the review process may take longer than 45 days. Please note that all plan sets must be stamped by a New Mexico Licensed Engineer. Reveiw fees cover upto 3 reviews, any additional reviews will be subject to additional review fees. Only complete plan sets will be reviewed. We look forward to working with you on your subdivision or development.
