01/10/2019 - Scheduled Water Outage Picacho Hills

Residents will experience a water outage, possible low water pressure, and discolored water from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Thursday, January 10, 2019, while our contractor installs a pressure reducing valve. This outage will affect all homes on the following streets:
- Sisley Place
- Bazille Place
- Cassatt Place
- Morisat Place
- Baudin Place
- Degas Drive
- Pissaro Drive
- Tuscany Drive (between Renior Drive and Renior Loop)
Affected residents may notice discolored water due to iron and manganese. Although the water is safe to drink, Association staff recommend waiting for water lines to clear before washing laundry.
The discoloration should disappear within 24-hours. If it does not, residents should flush outside faucets or cold-water faucets for five minutes. If the discoloration remains, call the Association at (575)526-3491 for assistance.
