Public Meeting - Bylaws


There will be a public meeting held on December 19, 2017 at 6:00 pm to allow the public the opportunity to provide input regarding recommended changes to the Associations' Bylaws. The meeting will be held 5535 Ledesma Drive, Las Cruces, NM 88007.

Public input may also be submitted in writing to Jennifer Horton, Executive Director at jennifer@dawater.org or by mail PO Box 866, Dona Ana, NM 88032.  All public input must be received no later than Close of Business on January 2, 2018.

All public input will be reviewed by the Board of Directors on January 4, 2018 in preparation for any recommended changes for the upcoming Annual Meeting on January 31, 2018.
