Residents will experience a water outage, possible low water pressure, and discolored water from 8:30am to 11:30 am Wednesday, Aprill 22, 2026. This outage will affect all homes North of Taylor and Dona Ana Road as well as some surrounding areas while operations repair a leak. Affected residents may noticed discolored water due to iron and manganese. Although the water is safe to drink, Association staff recommend waiting for water lines to clear before washing laundry. The discoloration should disappear within 24-hours. If it does not, residents should flush outside faucets or cold water faucets for five minutes. If the discoloration remains, call the Association at (575)-526-3491 for assistance.
